1. Support the Global Indirect Procurement Manager in optimizing expenditures across various categories including Store Planning, Retail, Events, HR, and Transport/Logistics.
2. Identify and select new suppliers while managing existing supplier relationships.
3. Continuously evaluate supplier performance and maintain the supplier database.
4. Identify opportunities for process and cost optimization.
5. Collaborate with internal clients to understand and gather their procurement needs.
6. Develop and manage tender processes including RFI and RFQ.
7. Negotiate pricing, purchasing terms, and service levels with suppliers.
8. Promote best practices and ensure compliance with group policies, particularly in Transport/Logistics.
9. Establish contracts in collaboration with legal teams.
10. Monitor procurement performance indicators and produce ad-hoc reports.
11. Regularly report on procurement activities and achievements.

1. Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Procurement or a related field.
2. Proven experience in procurement, ideally with international exposure.
3. Fluency in English is required.

1. Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic with strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to adapt to complex environments and manage priorities effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.

A significant and successful prior experience in procurement is required. International experience is considered an advantage.

Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Procurement or a related field.
