1. Draft and post job advertisements for interns and apprentices.
2. Source and select candidates through various job boards.
3. Conduct preliminary phone screenings, schedule, and participate in interviews.
4. Coordinate with managers on candidate briefings and application follow-ups.
5. Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

1. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
2. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in English within an international context.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in recruitment and human resources is essential.
