1. Recruit interns, apprentices, and temporary staff across the EMEA region.
2. Communicate with managers across various departments to understand and validate recruitment needs.
3. Draft and publish job postings on relevant job boards.
4. Manage applications, including CV selection, candidate pool development, and sourcing strategies.
5. Conduct interviews via telephone, in-person, and video conferencing.
6. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Participate in school events and career forums.
8. Update organizational charts.
9. Contribute to HR development projects focused on inclusion, diversity, and employer branding.
10. Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as internal communications and holiday gifting.

1. University degree or business school education, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

2. Service-oriented with excellent listening abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English within an international context.

Experience in a similar HR role or internship is preferred, particularly within the luxury fashion sector.

University degree or business school education, ideally specialized in Human Resources.
