- Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
- Source and select candidates using various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with managers regarding candidate briefs and follow-ups.
- Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).
- Meticulous organizational skills.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for an international work environment.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in recruitment and HR is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
