1. Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
2. Source and select candidates using various job boards.
3. Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and schedule interviews.
4. Coordinate with managers regarding candidate briefs and follow-ups.
5. Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

1. Meticulous organizational skills.
2. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in English for an international work environment.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in recruitment and HR is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
