1. Cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with internal stakeholders, offering support, trusted advice, and constructive challenge.
2. Ensure effective talent attraction and acquisition for both Store and Head Office roles in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
3. Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles.
4. Identify and implement training and development plans to support employees' professional growth.
5. Implement global and regional HR projects locally.
6. Promote employee well-being initiatives.
7. Champion diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing understanding within the business.
8. Advise people managers on creating and sustaining a high-performing workforce.
9. Manage expense control through effective budget and forecast processes in partnership with the AMER team.
10. Ensure the implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
11. Support the annual salary review process and advise people managers.
12. Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with HR administration and labor regulations.
13. Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies.

1. Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a retail environment with international exposure.

1. Strong computer proficiency.
2. Robust understanding of employee relations case management and policy interpretation.
3. Excellent listening skills.
4. Adaptability, reactivity, and a natural curiosity.
5. Ability to multitask and manage the pressures of a busy workday.
6. Willingness to learn and improve.

Relevant experience in human resources, particularly within a retail environment with international exposure.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 USD to $130,000 USD, subject to geographic differentials.
