1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, providing support, trusted advice, and challenge.
2. Ensure effective talent attraction and acquisition for store and head office roles in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
3. Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles.
4. Identify and implement training and development plans to support employees' professional development.
5. Implement global and regional HR projects locally.
6. Support employee well-being initiatives.
7. Champion diversity and inclusion, promoting an inclusive culture and understanding within the business.
8. Advise people managers to create and maintain a high-performing workforce.
9. Manage forecast and budget processes to ensure expense control, in partnership with the AMER team.
10. Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefit policies.
11. Support the annual salary review process and advise people managers.
12. Maintain effective and accurate HR data.
13. Ensure timely and appropriate fulfillment of HR administration and labor regulations requirements.
14. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies.

1. Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a retail environment with international exposure.

2. Robust understanding of employee relations case management and policy interpretation.
3. Good listening ability.
4. Adaptability, reactivity, and natural curiosity.
5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
6. Willingness to learn and improve.
7. Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values.
8. Attention to detail.

Relevant experience in human resources, preferably within a retail environment with international exposure.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 USD to $130,000 USD, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
