- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, providing support, trusted advice, and challenge.
- Ensure effective talent attraction and acquisition for store and head office roles in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles.
- Identify and implement training and development plans to support employees' professional development.
- Implement global and regional HR projects locally.
- Support employee well-being initiatives.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, promoting an inclusive culture and understanding within the business.
- Advise people managers to create and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Manage forecast and budget processes to ensure expense control, in partnership with the AMER team.
- Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefit policies.
- Support the annual salary review process and advise people managers.
- Maintain effective and accurate HR data.
- Ensure timely and appropriate fulfillment of HR administration and labor regulations requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies.
- Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a retail environment with international exposure.
- Strong computer skills.
- Robust understanding of employee relations case management and policy interpretation.
- Good listening ability.
- Adaptability, reactivity, and natural curiosity.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values.
- Attention to detail.
Relevant experience in human resources, preferably within a retail environment with international exposure.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 USD to $130,000 USD, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
