Balenciaga Human Resources Administrator

- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding personnel administration and payroll matters in Central Europe, covering Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Switzerland.
- Ensure communication and tracking of payroll variables with the Shared Services Center.
- Act as the main liaison for internal and external providers concerning absence tracking, payroll processing, and legal compliance.
- Guarantee the accuracy and quality of data provided to service providers, adhering to established procedures.
- Prepare onboarding processes for new employees, including drafting employment offers, contracts, mobility agreements, and coordinating onboarding activities in collaboration with the HRBP.
- Draft amendments and various attestations for personnel.
- Maintain and ensure the completeness and compliance of personnel files.
- Monitor HR cycle indicators such as paid leave and RTT balances.
- Alert HRBPs regarding end of probation periods, contract expirations, and employee absences (sickness, maternity leave, parental leave, etc.).
- Update and manage all payroll and personnel administration tracking tables.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of personnel data in Workday.
- Previous professional experience in a retail or dynamic environment in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word) and ideally experience with Workday or in a Shared Services Center.
- Human resources training with a foundation in labor law and fluency in English.
- Autonomous and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a retail or dynamic environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
