Balenciaga HR Operations and Cost Controlling Specialist

- Plan regional personnel costs and headcount in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
- Monitor monthly personnel costs and propose corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR reports on headcount, open positions, staff turnover, and absenteeism.
- Assist in implementing compensation-related policies and oversee commission calculations.
- Support the annual salary review process.
- Coordinate the production of HR employee documents ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Maintain employee administrative data and ensure payroll process completion.
- Act as a Workday and HRIS system champion, providing training and support.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data in Workday and employee files.
- Develop and implement new HR policies and global projects locally.
- Assist the VP of HR in process improvements and executive visit preparations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Professional experience in a retail environment with international exposure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural judgments.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Professional experience in HR operations, preferably in a retail environment with international exposure.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
Estimated salary range from $78,000 USD to $88,000 USD annually, subject to geographic differentials.
