- Assist in the recruitment and selection of technical and managerial profiles.
- Follow the induction process for new hires.
- Collaborate on internal communication activities, liaising with the Paris headquarters and internal departments.
- Support the team in training activities, including content design, course planning, and logistical organization, coordinating with external suppliers and company stakeholders.
- Participate in initiatives and projects related to various HR topics such as Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Development.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and monitoring of key HR KPIs.
- Degree in economics or humanities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and luxury fashion is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in economics or humanities.
