1. Recruit interns, apprentices, and temporary staff within the EMEA region.
2. Communicate with managers across departments to understand and validate recruitment needs.
3. Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
4. Manage applications, including CV selection, candidate pool development, and sourcing.
5. Conduct telephone, in-person, and video interviews with candidates.
6. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Participate in school events and forums.
8. Update organizational charts.
9. Contribute to HR development projects such as inclusion, diversity, and employer branding.
10. Assist with ad-hoc tasks, including internal communication and holiday gifts.

1. University degree or business school education, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the fashion and luxury industry is advantageous.

University degree or business school education, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
