1. Recruit interns, apprentices, and fixed-term contract employees.
2. Communicate with managers across EMEA departments to understand and validate recruitment needs.
3. Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
4. Manage applications, including CV selection, candidate pool development, and sourcing strategies.
5. Conduct interviews via telephone, in-person, and video conferencing.
6. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Participate in school events and forums.
8. Update organizational charts.
9. Contribute to HR development projects such as inclusion, diversity, and employer branding.
10. Assist with ad-hoc tasks including internal communication and holiday gifts.

1. University degree or business school education, ideally specializing in Human Resources.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.

No specific experience required, but a background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
