- Recruit interns, apprentices, and fixed-term contract employees.
- Communicate with managers across EMEA departments to understand and validate recruitment needs.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
- Manage applications, including CV selection, candidate pool development, and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews via telephone, in-person, and video conferencing.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in school events and forums.
- Update organizational charts.
- Contribute to HR development projects such as inclusion, diversity, and employer branding.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks including internal communication and holiday gifts.
- University degree or business school education, ideally specializing in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and autonomy.
- Strong adaptability.
- Service-oriented with excellent listening skills.
- Affinity for the fashion and luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
No specific experience required, but a background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
University degree or business school education, ideally specializing in Human Resources.
