1. Contribute to all stages of HR budget processes.
2. Ensure precise monthly HR budget tracking and control in collaboration with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams.
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management.
4. Prepare social indicator reports in accordance with Group requirements.
5. Participate in the implementation of analytical tools.
6. Create dashboards and compile and distribute Flash KPIs.

1. Master's degree in HR or Finance with significant initial professional experience.

1. Interest in HR and Finance topics, including payroll construction and financial processes.
2. Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data with a structured and rigorous approach.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in IT tools and expert in Excel.
5. Organized and analytical with a strong sense of confidentiality and ethics.

Significant initial professional experience in HR or Finance.
