1. Lead and analyze personnel expenses and social indicators for Balenciaga Worldwide.
2. Contribute to all stages of HR budgetary processes, including Headcount/FTE and Personnel Costs.
3. Ensure precise monthly tracking and control of HR budgets in collaboration with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams.
4. Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management.
5. Prepare social indicator reports in compliance with Group requirements.
6. Participate in the implementation of analytical tools projects.
7. Create dashboards and compile and disseminate Flash KPIs.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or Finance.
2. Significant initial professional experience.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Expertise in Excel and other IT tools.
3. Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
4. Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data with a structured and rigorous approach.
5. Interest in HR and Finance topics, including payroll construction and financial processes.
6. High sense of confidentiality and ethics.

Significant initial professional experience in a related field is required.

Master's degree in Human Resources or Finance.
