- Manage daily HR administrative tasks for a designated area under the supervision of the Personnel Administration Manager.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding operational HR matters.
- Prepare onboarding processes for new employees and assist them in understanding HR procedures in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Draft various contractual documents and maintain up-to-date personnel files, both physical and digital, including updating personnel data in Workday.
- Address employee inquiries and guide them through internal processes, ensuring high-quality service.
- Monitor HR metrics related to employees.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on administrative employee follow-up, including foreign worker procedures, probation periods, and contract terminations.
- Update and maintain payroll and personnel administration tracking tables and liaise with the Shared Service Center.
- Participate in HR projects such as Babilou, 1% Housing, and HR Permanence.
- Oversee temporary staffing requests and invoice confirmations.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department, including managing mail and invoices.
- Previous professional experience in a retail or dynamic environment in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday or ADP is preferred.
- Educational background in human resources with a foundational understanding of labor law.
- Proficiency in English and a strong service orientation.

A minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
