Balenciaga HR Administration Officer

- Prepare onboarding processes for new employees and assist them in understanding HR procedures alongside HR Business Partners.
- Draft various contractual documents and maintain updated personnel files, both physical and digital, including data entry in Workday.
- Address employee inquiries and guide them through internal processes on platforms such as ADP and Workday, ensuring high-quality internal customer service.
- Monitor HR metrics related to employees.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on administrative tasks such as managing foreign worker procedures, probation periods, and contract terminations.
- Update and manage payroll and personnel administration tracking systems, liaising with the Shared Service Center.
- Participate in HR projects such as Babilou, 1% Housing, and HR Permanence.
- Oversee temporary staffing requests and invoice confirmations.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department, including handling mail and invoices.
- Previous professional experience in a retail or dynamic environment in a similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Workday or ADP preferred.
- Educational background in Human Resources with foundational knowledge of labor law.
- Proficiency in English and a strong service orientation.
- Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Workday and ADP.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role within a retail or dynamic environment is required.
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
