Balenciaga Global VIC Intern

- Support the Client Engagement Team in managing relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
- Coordinate events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
- Organize and oversee both in-store and out-of-store projects.
- Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver personalized client experiences.
- Assist in planning the client journey for fashion shows, aftershows, and resees.
- Provide logistical support and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for events.
- Coordinate collection previews and oversee logistics with stakeholders.
- Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events, conduct market benchmarks, and manage event follow-up.
- Oversee the VIC pre-order process and serve as the primary contact for regional teams during order campaigns.
- Collect, track, and analyze VIC special order requests, collaborating with production and development teams.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, although previous internships in luxury fashion or event management are advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
This is a paid internship lasting two months.
