1. Support the Client Engagement Team in managing relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
2. Coordinate events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
3. Organize and oversee in-store and out-of-store projects, ensuring a seamless and personalized client experience.
4. Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, serving as the primary point of contact for regional teams.
5. Plan and manage the client journey for fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events, including logistical support and KPI analysis.
6. Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events, conduct market benchmarks, and manage event follow-up.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and HQ teams.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Previous experience in event coordination or client management within the luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.

Paid internship.
