Balenciaga Global VIC Intern

- Support the Client Engagement Team in managing relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
- Coordinate events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
- Organize and oversee both in-store and out-of-store projects, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, serving as the primary point of contact for regional teams.
- Plan and execute fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events, including logistical support and KPI analysis.
- Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events and manage follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with production and development teams to assess and deliver special order requests.
- Experience in a luxury fashion house is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Master's degree level education.
- Methodical and rigorous approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and dynamic capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong interest in products.
Previous experience in a luxury fashion environment is beneficial but not required.
