1. Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders for four yearly collections, overseeing the process from pre-order campaign organization to client delivery.
2. Develop toolkits for regional pre-order campaigns, including guidelines, product packshots, training materials, and order forms.
3. Serve as the primary contact for regional requests during order campaigns.
4. Maintain regular communication with regions and HQ stakeholders regarding pre-order deliveries, providing weekly updates.
5. Collect, follow up, and analyze/approve VIC Special-Order requests from regions.
6. Collaborate with production and development teams to assess the feasibility of special order projects.
7. Support the VIC team on client experience initiatives, including fashion show organization, client welcome packs, and event logistics.
8. Conduct client experience benchmarks and propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events.
9. Update VIC profiles regularly.
