1. Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders for four yearly collections, overseeing the entire process from pre-order campaign organization to final client delivery.
2. Develop toolkits for regional pre-order campaigns, including guidelines, product packshots, training materials, and order forms.
3. Serve as the primary contact for regional requests during the order campaign period.
4. Maintain regular communication with regions and HQ stakeholders regarding pre-order deliveries, providing weekly updates.
5. Collect, follow up, and analyze or approve VIC special-order requests from regions, coordinating with production and development teams to assess project feasibility.
6. Support the VIC team on client experience initiatives, including fashion show organization, client Facebook creation, welcome pack deliveries, and coordination of assets and calligraphy.
7. Conduct client experience benchmarks and propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events.
8. Update VIC profiles regularly.
