1. Support the Client Engagement Team in managing relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
2. Coordinate events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
3. Organize and oversee both in-store and out-of-store projects.
4. Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
5. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a personalized client experience.
6. Plan and manage logistics for fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events.
7. Coordinate collection previews and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events and manage follow-up.
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams during order campaigns.

1. Master's degree or equivalent study level.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Client-centric mindset with a keen interest in products.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in luxury fashion or client relations is beneficial.
