1. Coordinate and manage relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
2. Support the organization and execution of events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
3. Oversee both in-store and out-of-store projects, ensuring a seamless client experience.
4. Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, serving as the primary point of contact for regional teams.
5. Plan and manage fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events, including logistical support and KPI analysis.
6. Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events, conducting market benchmarks and managing follow-up.
7. Collaborate with production and development teams to assess the feasibility of special orders and ensure timely delivery.

1. Master's degree or equivalent study level.

1. Methodical and rigorous approach to tasks.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational and dynamic problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication abilities.
6. Client-centric mindset with a passion for products.

No specific experience required, but a background in luxury fashion or client relations is advantageous.
