- Define and implement a global retail training roadmap aligned with the brand’s values and business goals.
- Develop innovative, scalable training programs for onboarding, client journeys, product knowledge, and leadership development.
- Design global programs to enhance selling skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and personalized service.
- Translate brand storytelling into impactful training content.
- Oversee the rollout of training programs across all regions, ensuring cultural adaptation.
- Lead and inspire a global team of regional training managers.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and HR to align training with business objectives.
- Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback.
- Drive the adoption of digital learning tools and integrate new technologies into training strategies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, with at least 5 years in a global or regional training leadership role.
- Strong background in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with smart resource planning.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
