Balenciaga Global Performance Media Intern

- Support the Global Performance Media Manager in managing and optimizing acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Affiliation, and Display.
- Coordinate and activate campaigns with partner agencies and media partners from briefing to final reporting.
- Analyze performance data daily to optimize budget allocations across the most effective campaigns and markets to achieve profitability goals (ROAS).
- Ensure meticulous tracking of all Performance Media budgets, from budget consolidation to vendor payments.
- Analyze website traffic across all channels to understand purchase discovery paths, providing insights for continuous business and user planning and optimization.
- Coordinate creative asset needs for performance campaigns.
- Ensure the brand's image is consistently represented across all channels, including copy, creative, and deployed strategies.
- Previous experience in performance acquisition campaign management, particularly in SEA (including Shopping), with knowledge of various acquisition channels, ideally gained in an E-Commerce or specialized agency environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Significant experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with at least one other platform such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Business.
- Mastery of tools such as Google Looker Studio, Big Query, SA360, or GA 4 is advantageous.
- Agility, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a strong interest in E-Commerce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive key insights from complex and varied data.
Previous experience in managing performance acquisition campaigns, particularly in SEA, with a comprehensive understanding of various acquisition channels.
