Balenciaga Global Marketing Assistant

- Plan and coordinate meetings involving Marketing and Communication teams, ensuring smooth exchanges, compiling minutes, and communicating next steps.
- Prepare weekly meetings and team briefings by constructing agendas, sending invitations, and ensuring updates are shared prior to meetings.
- Regularly liaise with marketing and communication directors and managers to gather information for strategic presentations for the Executive Committee or Creative Direction.
- Collaborate with other departments to consolidate cross-departmental schedules and ensure timeline coherence.
- Manage and optimize the schedules of the Global Marketing Director and the Culture, Partnerships & Events Director.
- Coordinate between the Marketing and Communication department and Creative Director for shows and collection launches.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communication, or marketing.
- Previous experience in marketing, including internships or apprenticeships, is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and flexible, capable of managing last-minute requests
- Proactive, reactive, and curious
- Interest in data reporting
- Good understanding of the luxury industry
- Experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Proficiency in InDesign is an asset
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
A minimum of one prior experience in a marketing role, including internships or apprenticeships, is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communication, or marketing.
