- Serve as an internal consultant providing people and team development solutions, proposing, evaluating, designing, and implementing learning and development programs for global corporate teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Utilize feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to enhance the global training offerings, facilitating knowledge transfer and skills development.
- Establish a global framework and process for corporate leaders and HR teams to identify and address training gaps, proposing innovative and effective learning solutions.
- Implement robust measurement tactics to assess and monitor the impact of learning and development initiatives.
- Explore and deploy cost-effective solutions for each program, managing and tracking the learning budget efficiently.
- Actively participate in the Global Kering Learning Community, promoting learning programs to increase employee awareness and participation.
- Conduct research on training trends, developments, and market-leading practices.
- Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Corporate Learning and Talent Development in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail training is advantageous.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in systems, reporting, and analytics.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
A minimum of 8 years in HR, with at least 5 years focused on Corporate Learning and Talent Development.
