1. Serve as an internal consultant providing people and team development solutions, proposing, evaluating, designing, and implementing learning and development programs for global corporate teams.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
3. Utilize feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to enhance the global training offerings, facilitating knowledge transfer and skills development.
4. Establish a global framework and process for corporate leaders and HR teams to identify and address training gaps, proposing innovative and effective learning solutions.
5. Implement robust measurement tactics to assess and monitor the impact of learning and development initiatives.
6. Explore and deploy cost-effective solutions for each program, managing and tracking the learning budget efficiently.
7. Actively participate in the Global Kering Learning Community, promoting learning programs to increase employee awareness and participation.
8. Conduct research on training trends, developments, and market-leading practices.

1. Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Corporate Learning and Talent Development in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience in retail training is advantageous.

1. Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs with strong project management skills.
2. Proficiency in systems, reporting, and analytics.
3. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships.
4. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
5. Fluency in English and French.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.

A minimum of 8 years in HR, with at least 5 years focused on Corporate Learning and Talent Development.
