Balenciaga Global Client Data & Insights Intern

- Support the planning and execution of client data and CRM projects in alignment with brand priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption of initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between HQ and stakeholders, managing timelines and preparing project presentations and documentation.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc analyses, including monthly reports and campaign performance evaluations.
- Monitor marketing activations and evaluate client impact using internal dashboards and BI tools.
- Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Assist with onboarding users to client data and CRM tools through training materials and workshops.
- Provide first-level user support and collect feedback to improve tools and processes.
- Contribute to driving consistent adoption of tools across regions.
- Master’s student or experience in Marketing, Business, Management, or Business Analytics.
- Interest in CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business strategy.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with solid project management and coordination skills.
- Understanding of the luxury sector and client-centric approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
Experience in Marketing, Business, Management, or Business Analytics with a focus on CRM strategies.
Master’s student or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
