- Support the production of recurring and ad-hoc reports, including monthly client reports and product-specific analyses.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Serve as the key liaison between headquarters and regional teams to ensure alignment on client database matters.
- Assist in enhancing data quality and optimizing data extraction processes using SQL and programming skills.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve BI tools, enhancing automation and efficiency in reporting workflows.
- Support the integration of new data sources and ensure consistency across all data collection systems.
- Manage projects related to client data and CRM from planning through execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, track progress, and ensure timely implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and knowledge of ETL and BI tools; Python is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple requests and shifting priorities.
- Understanding of the luxury industry and client-centric strategies.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong database handling and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and BI tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and generate insights.
No specific experience required, but a strong understanding of data analysis and CRM operations is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Marketing.
