- Assist the Global Client Insights team in producing analytical insights for various departments and regions.
- Collaborate with Kering to enhance customer data quality.
- Support the improvement of client data consistency.
- Develop new client KPIs and presentations in collaboration with the Global Client Insights team.
- Extract client data for regional and departmental use.
- Prepare guidelines for client data and insights for regional teams.
- Enhance and automate existing processes using Zeppelin Notebook, Python, and SQL.
- Fluency in English.
- Understanding of the luxury industry.
- Business-oriented with proficiency in database processing and data analysis.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
- Proficiency in Python is advantageous.
- Competency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle last-minute requests with flexibility.
- Creative, reactive, and rigorous in approach.
No specific experience required, but a good understanding of client-centric strategies and data analysis is essential.
