1. Assist in the development of Balenciaga VIC gifting and retail animations.
2. Organize and manage documentation from suppliers, including technical files and samples.
3. Review and analyze supplier offers, providing detailed feedback.
4. Ensure all presentations are current and comprehensive.
5. Archive development samples systematically.
6. Collaborate with the clienteling department to maintain updated shared resources.
7. Prepare guidelines for worldwide gifting rollout.
8. Conduct competitive analysis on gifting and retail activation trends.
9. Support key meetings with operational tasks such as sample shipments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in development or gifting roles is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is beneficial.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Interest in creative trends and innovations.
6. Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
7. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.

Prior experience in development or gifting-related positions is considered a plus.
