Balenciaga Gifting Development Intern

- Assist in the development of Balenciaga VIC gifting and retail animations.
- Organize and manage documentation from suppliers, including technical files and samples.
- Review and analyze supplier offers, providing detailed feedback.
- Ensure all presentations are current and comprehensive.
- Archive development samples systematically.
- Collaborate with the clienteling department to maintain updated shared resources.
- Prepare guidelines for worldwide gifting rollout.
- Conduct competitive analysis on gifting and retail activation trends.
- Support key meetings with operational tasks such as sample shipments.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in development or gifting roles is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in creative trends and innovations.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.
Prior experience in development or gifting-related positions is considered a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
