1. Assist the team with administrative management of the service, including technical intervention requests, IT ticket requests, cleaning service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and support service evolution.
3. Maintain cross-functional relationships with all head office departments, acting as the central point of contact.
4. Contribute to the standardization and updating of procedures for continuous service optimization and improvement.
5. Participate in strategic discussions on service and process transformation.
6. Implement dashboards for daily activity tracking.
7. Monitor stock levels and orders in coordination with the General Services Manager.
8. Participate in the implementation of service procedures.
9. Coordinate with each team member.
10. Assist the General Services Manager with ongoing projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or university program.

1. Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural context.
2. Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite).
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Autonomous with a proactive mindset.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
7. Diplomatic and empathetic.

No prior experience required, but relevant internship experience is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
