Balenciaga General Services Logistics Intern

- Assist the team with administrative management of the service, including technical intervention requests, IT ticket requests, cleaning service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and support service evolution.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with all head office departments, acting as the central point of contact.
- Contribute to the standardization and updating of procedures for continuous service optimization and improvement.
- Participate in strategic discussions on service and process transformation.
- Implement dashboards for daily activity tracking.
- Monitor stock levels and orders in coordination with the General Services Manager.
- Participate in the implementation of service procedures.
- Coordinate with each team member.
- Assist the General Services Manager with ongoing projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or university program.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural context.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomous with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Diplomatic and empathetic.
No prior experience required, but relevant internship experience is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
