1. Assist the team in administrative management, including technical intervention requests, IT ticket requests, cleaning service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and support service evolution.
3. Maintain cross-functional relationships with all headquarters departments, serving as the central point of contact.
4. Contribute to the standardization and updating of procedures to optimize and continuously improve services.
5. Participate in a comprehensive reflection on service and process transformation.
6. Implement dashboards for daily activities.
7. Monitor stocks and orders in collaboration with the General Services Manager.
8. Participate in the implementation of service procedures.
9. Coordinate with each team member.
10. Assist the General Services Manager with ongoing projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University program.
2. Available for a 6-month paid internship.

1. Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural context.
2. Proficient in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite).
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Meticulous and well-organized.
5. Autonomous with a proactive mindset.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
7. Diplomatic and empathetic.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
