1. Assist the team in administrative management, including technical intervention requests, IT ticket requests, cleaning service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and support the evolution of services.
3. Maintain cross-functional relationships with all headquarters departments, serving as a central point of contact.
4. Contribute to the standardization and updating of procedures to ensure continuous service optimization and improvement.
5. Participate in strategic discussions on service and process transformation.
6. Develop daily activity dashboards.
7. Monitor stock levels and orders in coordination with the General Services Manager.
8. Assist in the implementation of service procedures.
9. Coordinate with each team member.
10. Support the General Services Manager on ongoing projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university.

1. Proficient in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural context.
2. Comfortable with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite).
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5. Autonomous with a proactive mindset.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
7. Diplomatic and empathetic.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
