1. Assist the team in administrative management, including handling technical intervention requests, IT tickets, cleaning requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and support service evolution.
3. Maintain cross-functional relationships with all headquarters departments, acting as the central point of contact.
4. Contribute to the standardization and updating of procedures to ensure constant service optimization and improvement.
5. Participate in strategic discussions on service and process transformation.
6. Implement daily activity dashboards.
7. Monitor stock levels and orders in collaboration with the General Services Manager.
8. Assist in establishing service procedures.
9. Coordinate with each team member.
10. Support the General Services Manager on ongoing projects.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university.

1. Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural context.
2. Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in logistics and general services is beneficial.

Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.

Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
