Balenciaga General Services Intern

- Assist the team in administrative management, including handling technical intervention requests, IT tickets, cleaning requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and support service evolution.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with all headquarters departments, acting as the central point of contact.
- Contribute to the standardization and updating of procedures to ensure constant service optimization and improvement.
- Participate in strategic discussions on service and process transformation.
- Implement daily activity dashboards.
- Monitor stock levels and orders in collaboration with the General Services Manager.
- Assist in establishing service procedures.
- Coordinate with each team member.
- Support the General Services Manager on ongoing projects.
- Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural context.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in logistics and general services is beneficial.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
