1. Initiate industrialization pairs for normalization processes.
2. Communicate normalization feedback to footwear manufacturers.
3. Launch fitting tests, series tests, and conformity checks.
4. Initiate master accessories, soles, and placements.
5. Approve fitting tests and master samples.
6. Participate in fitting sessions for tests and conformity checks.
7. Open and unlock production molds and input mold costs.
8. Update industrialization progress and data in PLM.
9. Participate in industrialization progress meetings with the Production Office.
10. Share information and alerts with the Quality department.
11. Initiate laboratory tests for shoes.
12. Assign wear tests.
13. Manage shipments to and from China, including proforma and customs clearance.
14. Compile Normalization Reports in PLM.
15. Organize and manage the master components archive for collections.
16. Oversee and advance wear tests and pair checks, monitoring deliveries and invoices.
17. Manage and advance laboratory tests on components, processes, and finished products, archiving reports and tested materials.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Development or Industrialization.

1. Proficiency in PLM systems.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
4. Teamwork capabilities.
5. Willingness to travel.

A minimum of one year in a product development or industrialization role within the fashion or footwear industry is required.
