Balenciaga Footwear Engineering Office Specialist

- Initiate industrialization pairs for Normalisation.
- Communicate Normalisation feedback to shoemakers.
- Launch fitting tests, series tests, and compliance checks.
- Initiate master accessories, soles, and placements.
- Approve fitting tests and masters.
- Participate in fitting sessions for tests and compliance.
- Open and release production molds and input mold costs.
- Update industrialization progress data in PLM.
- Attend industrialization progress meetings with the Production Office.
- Share information and alerts with the Quality department.
- Initiate laboratory tests for shoes.
- Assign wear tests.
- Manage shipments to/from China, including proformas and customs clearance.
- Compile Normalisation reports in PLM.
- Organize and manage the archive of master collection components.
- Oversee and advance wear tests and pair checks, monitoring deliveries, receipts, and invoice control.
- Manage laboratory tests on components, processes, and finished products, archiving reports and tested materials.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Development or Industrialization role.
- Proficiency in PLM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
A minimum of one year in a product development or industrialization role within the fashion industry is required.
