Balenciaga Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of monthly financial performance in the APAC region, focusing on topline, margin, operating expenses, EBIT, capital expenditures, and cash flow.
- Coordinate and support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Prepare presentation decks and variance reports with detailed explanations for monthly, budget, and forecast business reviews.
- Collaborate with Local Controllers to assess business objectives and evaluate financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate financial models and feasibility studies to analyze business opportunities.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for sales performance and store KPIs to management.
- Analyze and streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Support finance-related matters, including system transformations and training as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with CPA qualifications or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferable knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on the luxury retail sector, and at least 5 years of solid experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with CPA qualifications or equivalent.
