1. Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of monthly financial performance in the APAC region, focusing on topline, margin, operating expenses, EBIT, capital expenditures, and cash flow.
2. Coordinate and support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
3. Prepare presentation decks and variance reports with detailed explanations for monthly, budget, and forecast business reviews.
4. Collaborate with Local Controllers to assess business objectives and evaluate financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
5. Evaluate financial models and feasibility studies to analyze business opportunities.
6. Provide ad hoc analysis for sales performance and store KPIs to management.
7. Analyze and streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
8. Support finance-related matters, including system transformations and training as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with CPA qualifications or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

1. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2. Preferable knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI.
3. Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on the luxury retail sector, and at least 5 years of solid experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with CPA qualifications or equivalent.
