Balenciaga Financial Controlling Specialist

- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in accordance with Group reporting standards and procedures.
- Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast.
- Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Accounting team to ensure accurate statutory and reporting account management.
- Execute cost control and analysis, leveraging support from Shared Service teams such as Human Resources, Travel, and General Services.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Operations teams and Headquarters.
- Analyze and monitor capital expenditures (capex) and projects.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) platforms in collaboration with Operational and MIS teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the industrial sector or a structured consultancy firm.
- Proven accounting or tax expertise.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactivity.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork skills.
1-2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role within the industrial sector or a structured consultancy firm.
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
