Balenciaga Financial Controlling Specialist

1. Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in accordance with Group reporting standards and procedures.
2. Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast.
3. Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Accounting team to ensure accurate statutory and reporting account management.
4. Execute cost control and analysis, leveraging support from Shared Service teams such as Human Resources, Travel, and General Services.
5. Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Operations teams and Headquarters.
6. Analyze and monitor capital expenditures (capex) and projects.
7. Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) platforms in collaboration with Operational and MIS teams.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the industrial sector or a structured consultancy firm.
3. Proven accounting or tax expertise.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Knowledge of SAP and HFM is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
