Balenciaga Finance Manager

1. Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
2. Provide accurate and timely financial projections to guide business decision-making.
3. Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to optimize performance.
4. Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
6. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports for group consolidation.
7. Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and cost efficiencies.
8. Liaise with auditors and external professionals regarding finance matters.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
10. Review month-end closing tasks and ensure completeness of financial data and transactions.

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing finance and business in Korea.
2. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
3. Audit or internal control experience preferred.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on the luxury retail industry and at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
