Balenciaga Finance Assistant Manager

- Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Provide accurate and timely financial projections to guide business decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to optimize performance.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial and management reports, including inventory and costing reports.
- Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Liaise with auditors and external professionals on finance matters.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Review month-end closing tasks and financial reports to ensure financial status.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing finance and business in Korea.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Audit or internal control experience preferred.
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
