1. Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
2. Provide accurate and timely financial projections to guide business decision-making.
3. Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to optimize performance.
4. Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
6. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial and management reports, including inventory and costing reports.
7. Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and cost efficiencies.
8. Liaise with auditors and external professionals on finance matters.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
10. Review month-end closing tasks and financial reports to ensure financial status.

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing finance and business in Korea.
2. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
3. Audit or internal control experience preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing finance and business in Korea.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
