1. Ensure retail events and client gifting align with the development strategy to expand client portfolios.
2. Lead the 1:1 clienteling strategy in collaboration with the Head of Client Engagement and Market leaders by defining segment targets for Activation & Gifting to drive results.
3. Collaborate with the Head of Client Engagement and Market leaders to optimize the global catalogue of activations, gifts, and experiences, ensuring each initiative resonates with local clients.
4. Support markets in defining and implementing local strategies, focusing on key stores.
5. Manage the corporate budget to enhance client development.
6. Supervise all client gifting for holidays, life celebrations, and special projects.
7. Manage the full project lifecycle for all gifting campaigns, ensuring seamless logistics, distribution, and compliance.
8. Collaborate with stores to monitor performance and gather feedback on gifting initiatives.
9. Oversee the gifting budget, target, and relevant tracking.
10. Responsible for all activations and experiences across the Americas region in line with brand image, global concepts, and budget allocation.
11. Manage the calendar, planning, and execution of all in-store activations and out-of-store experiences, including collection previews, launches, and store openings.
12. Lead communication with stores to ensure full alignment on run of show and objectives.
13. Source and manage vendors and external partners in local markets.
14. Oversee vendor invoices, events budget, and relevant tracking.
15. Partner with the Head of Client Engagement and Global VIC Project team on Fashion Shows, including organizing VIC hospitality and hosting (international travel required).
16. Elevate VIC insights and personalized experience journey in partnership with the Head of Client Engagement, Global Client Development team, Market leaders, and store management.
17. Manage VIC preorders including post-show resee orders, retail remote orders, and made-to-measure requests.
18. Lead communication with stores on all open order inquiries.
19. Track VIC KPIs including retention, upgrade, and qualitative knowledge to improve outreach and engagement.
20. Support VIC/VIP/Couture activities, such as galas, private dinners, and external events.
21. Spearhead ad hoc VIC projects required to drive top client engagement and loyalty.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in events within the luxury retail fashion industry.
2. Prior work experience as a key owner on large-scale projects from ideation through execution.
3. Experience in a client/VIP-facing role.

1. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent project management skills.
3. High understanding of the luxury environment and client orientation.
4. Outstanding communication and influence skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
5. Resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
6. Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in events within the luxury retail fashion industry, with a focus on client and VIP engagement.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $85,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
