- Determine the product assortment for each store and ensure balanced collections.
- Analyze sales figures and adjust stock levels during the season and sales periods.
- Monitor best and slow sellers in each region.
- Actively participate in new store openings by providing purchase recommendations based on sales forecasts and store typology.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of products, sales, and stock distribution across stores.
- Implement corrective actions such as merchandise allocation adjustments and inter-store transfers, collaborating with Visual Merchandising, CRM, Training, and Retail Europe teams.
- Track deliveries and returns.
- Monitor restocking processes.
- Input showroom orders.
- Conduct regular visits to various boutiques across Europe.
- Higher education degree with experience in retail merchandising within the fashion sector.
- Strong numerical aptitude and product sensitivity.
- Autonomous, curious, adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and rigor.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and fluency in English.
Experience in retail merchandising within the fashion industry is required.
Higher education degree required.
