- Assist in preparing CSE (Social and Economic Committee) meetings: draft agendas, prepare presentations and supporting materials, record and formalise minutes, and manage scheduling in Outlook.
- Support the management of disciplinary procedures and negotiated exits (ruptures conventionnelles): draft legal documents, prepare case files and perform financial calculations.
- Contribute to the follow-up of individual and collective disputes by drafting and organising elements of response and case documentation.
- Monitor legislative, regulatory and case‑law developments in employment law and inform HR stakeholders of material changes.
- Map and analyse HR practices across the organisation in coordination with HR partners, and produce legal or operational guidance documents.
- Provide operational support on data protection matters (RGPD/GDPR) in coordination with Privacy referents.
- Master 2 (LL.M. equivalent) in Employment Law (droit social), DJCE or equivalent; CAPA (bar qualification) is an asset.
- Approximately 5 years' professional experience in human resources or employment law (as stated in the source).

- Proven diplomacy, adaptability and pragmatic problem‑solving abilities.
