1. Support the deployment of the VIC strategy across the regional boutique network.
2. Collaborate with Retail Managers and Store Managers to foster a VIC spirit and implement omnichannel client engagement events and activities.
3. Assist in developing new event formats and VIC data analysis.
4. Contribute to building customer knowledge and managing data, including analysis and processing of client information.
5. Participate in implementing an omnichannel client engagement strategy.
6. Assist in defining client action plans for boutiques, such as product launches and store openings.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or University, with a previous internship in the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong business orientation with comfort in handling and analyzing databases.
3. Effective project management skills, with the ability to organize and plan tasks.
4. Bilingual in French and English, with a third language being an asset.

Previous internship experience in the luxury sector is required.

Master's program in Business School or University.
