1. Support the deployment of the VIC strategy across the regional boutique network.
2. Collaborate with Retail and Store Managers to foster a VIC spirit and implement omnichannel client engagement events.
3. Assist in the implementation of new event formats and VIC data analysis.
4. Contribute to customer knowledge building, data management, and client information analysis.
5. Participate in the execution of an omnichannel client engagement strategy.
6. Aid in defining client action plans for boutiques, such as product launches and store openings.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University.
2. Previous internship experience in the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills for data management and analysis.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage projects efficiently, organizing and planning tasks effectively.
5. Bilingual in French and English; a third language is appreciated.

A prior internship in the luxury sector is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
