Balenciaga EMEA Client Engagement Data Analyst Intern

- Support CRM reporting and produce monthly KPI analyses and dashboards for the EMEA Client Engagement team.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks relevant to client engagement strategies.
- Monitor and improve database quality through deduplication, profile merging and maintenance of a single client view.
- Leverage BI tools and datasets to analyse client purchasing behaviour and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with Retail Managers, Store Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of omnichannel client engagement events and ad-hoc research projects, including forecasting and insight generation.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) specialised in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology or related quantitative discipline.
- At least one prior professional experience in data analysis or analytics (internship or entry-level role acceptable).
- Demonstrable ability to manage databases and interpret numerical information with a business-oriented mindset.
- Proven capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities with strong planning and organisational skills.

Minimum of one previous experience in data analysis, demonstrated through prior internships or professional roles involving CRM, reporting or business intelligence work.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology or a related quantitative field.
