1. Support the team in monitoring e-retail partners' performance, including net sales, sell-through, and return rates.
2. Participate in business reviews with e-retail partners.
3. Ensure accurate representation of the brand image online, including prices, product descriptions, and product images.
4. Monitor online collection launches, ensuring timely and brand-compliant releases.
5. Maintain the marketing calendar and support the roll-out of the online marketing plan.
6. Coordinate sample requirements with the press team.
7. Act as the primary contact for department store partners regarding their online business.
8. Conduct market and competition analysis to identify best practices and provide recommendations.

1. First experience of at least 6 months in digital, e-commerce, e-merchandising, account management, wholesale, or business analysis.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Knowledge of e-retail platforms and the luxury e-commerce market is advantageous.

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in relevant fields such as digital, e-commerce, or account management.
