- Develop and implement the buying strategy for e-retail platforms to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with e-retail partners, central merchandising, and supply chain to optimize product assortments.
- Prepare and conduct four annual buying sessions, including sales forecasts and OTB planning.
- Monitor carryovers, stock coverage, and review assortments biannually.
- Create guidelines for product returns in alignment with the brand's lifecycle strategy.
- Analyze sell-out data and lead product action plans with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess product performance and stock needs.
- Coordinate new collection launches and align with central merchandising on e-merchandising guidelines.
- Organize and conduct seasonal product training for e-retail partners.
- Develop sales forecasts and assortment recommendations for e-retail markdowns.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including online employee sales, ensuring stock availability.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury wholesale or buying.
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build robust commercial relationships.
- Excellent product sense and knowledge of the luxury market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong numerical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and adapt to varying demands.
A minimum of 3 years in fashion or luxury wholesale or buying is required.
