1. Prepare weekly PDFs to ensure correct display order on the website.
2. Rename and upload digital assets.
3. Manage asset requests from various internal teams.
4. Monitor the website to identify and resolve asset-related issues.
5. Oversee resizing requests from the e-visual team.
6. Provide support for editorial resizing requests.
7. Assist with updates related to product information, orders, and monthly asset uploads.
8. Support 3D/VTO requests.
9. Contribute to special production projects.
10. Manage alerts from China and Operations teams regarding non-compliant products, coordinating retouching and uploading correct assets.
11. Handle weekly asset downloads from the retouching tool as per the post-production team's list.
12. Verify assets in Publishable to ensure compliance with guidelines before going live.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education institution with a significant internship experience in a similar role.

1. Bilingual proficiency in English.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Suite.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Autonomous and meticulous with excellent organizational capabilities.
5. Teamwork skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

A significant internship experience in a similar role is required.

Currently enrolled in a higher education institution.

Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
