Balenciaga E-Business Projects Intern

- Support content contributions for various Balenciaga websites.
- Benchmark best practices for luxury eCommerce websites and provide recommendations.
- Report production bugs and ensure their resolution.
- Monitor open client preorders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Submit and follow up on translations of new features with external agencies and regional teams.
- Provide recommendations for A/B testing, participate in setup, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Assist with monthly test orders to evaluate the user journey.
- Participate in the development and launch of eCommerce projects.
- Support Client Services teams across various regions.
- Liaise with regional eCommerce teams, warehouses, and Kering.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or enrolled in a Business School program.
- Successful first experience in project management or e-commerce.
- Passion for User Experience (UX), eCommerce, and customer experience.
- Proactive, fast-learner, autonomous, flexible, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Salesforce, PIM, Algolia, Contentful, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint.
A successful first experience in project management or e-commerce is required.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or enrolled in a Business School program.
