Balenciaga E-Business Buying Manager

- Develop and implement the merchandising strategy for Balenciaga.com and E-Retail partnerships across all product categories globally.
- Collaborate with Central Merchandising and regional teams to achieve growth and topline targets.
- Review and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets for each channel and region.
- Lead buying sessions to curate relevant E-Commerce assortments aligned with regional strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and manage carry-over product performance and stock coverage in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Provide online visual merchandising recommendations in partnership with the E-Merchandising team.
- Analyze sales data by category and channel to implement action plans supporting product performance and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for exclusives and pre-launches, contributing to 360° activation plans.
- Define product shooting requirements for E-Commerce based on key investments.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Regions, E-Merchandising, Media, and CRM teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising and/or Buying within the Fashion or Luxury industry.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Exposure to E-Commerce or Digital environments is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent fashion sensitivity and product understanding.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A minimum of 5 years in retail merchandising or buying within the fashion or luxury sector, with team management experience.
